Z-Remote is J2534-based remote diagnostics service included at no charge with each Zenith Z5 and Z7.
If the Z5 or Z7 fails to perform a task that is availabe in the OEM software, EZDS technical support can use the Zenith tool as a remote passthru to complete the task.
Module programming and updating is NOT included in this service.
The service is provided by EZDS USA via the Zenith Z5 and Z7 tablets.
