2 Wire Break Out Lead
The Pico TA012 2-Pin AMP connector breakout lead enables you to take voltage readings from 2-pin sensors and actuators. It gives access to the individual wires and you could view injector voltage and injector current at the same time on individual channels of your lab scope.
Simply connect the breakout lead into a cable loom, and then, depending upon the circuit and the test you wish to perform, connect the signal lead of your scope to the appropriate banana socket of the breakout to view voltage. For current, clamp an amp probe around the colored wire.
Warning
It is possible to cause a short circuit to the lab scope if incorrect connections are made! A short circuit could seriously damage the the lab scope. It is recommended that the oscilloscope always has an ground connection when using the Pico TA012 2-Pin AMP connector breakout lead.
