Is the LMS incluided?
I went into the electude shop and they have the same price: 104 USD. However, they mention they do not provide access to the LMS. Do you?

No. The LMS is a separate plaform that the Electude plaform would integrates with.
If you are a school/student you need to puchase the package they offer that integrates with their LMS.
