You can use the ESI-697 (http://www.aeswave.com/400-Amp-Curren...) with a DMM or labscope. AESwave also has gender changers, if you want to connect to a BNC connector (http://www.aeswave.com/cart.php?m=sea...)
The ESI-687 (http://www.aeswave.com/Low-Current-Pr...) cannot be connected to a DMM or scope.
