Yes, this scan tool will do everything in questions on a 2020 Subaru Ascent.
A less expensive tool that does not have many option is the MX808

This tool will do the same things as you requested, but does not have full bidirectional control so there are some tests and module coding that it cannot it. It is also not a wireless unit.
