Yes, the 906TS can use the Autel oscilloscope and inspection camera.
It can perform relearns on components like steering angle sensors, but has very limited programing capabilities.

You would have to choose one of the models that includes a J2534 inteface or purchase a separate interface.

The only programming options these adds are for some BMW and Mercedes through the tool. For programming other vehicles, the J2534 interface will need to be used with a computer and purchasing a subscription to the OE service software. J2534 programming does have inherent limitations for certain manufacturers, research the subject is advisable.
