Yes, The MS906BT does uses a wireless, bluetooth vehicle communication interface.
It does not include a Porsche specific adapter.

Porsche uses the standard 16-pin ALDL on most cars US from ~1996 to present. Some cars built after 1996 may require the 19-Pin adapter up until ~2000.

The MS906BT comes with several OBD2 Adapters, again it does NOT include the Porsche adapter. I am not aware of many generic scan tools that do come with it.
