The OTC hoses are designed for use with a conventional gauge with a schrader valve, when used with a transducer they will mute the pressures and may cause one to misinterpret the waveforms that are displayed.
The Pico hoses are engineered to be used with the WPS transducer to accurately reflect the in-cylinder pressures that it is exposed to.

The latest Pico WPS500 kits come with a Foster to 1/8” MPT fitting and would connect to a 1/8” FPT to whatever coupler that version of OTC hoses use.
